FindAutoService is the front door to a family of single-purpose California auto-service sites — dedicated finders and plain-English guides for smog checks, oil changes, gas stations, and more. It is published under the Cal Auto Doors label and operated by Cal Smog Network, a California smog check station network.
Each card on the front page links a site that does exactly one job — locating a certified station, explaining a price, or answering the questions drivers actually ask. This hub adds nothing on top: no forms, no sign-ups, no lead capture. New services appear here only when their dedicated finder is live.
The linked finder sites build their listings from public records: the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (bar.ca.gov) public station and license records, and OpenStreetMap (published under the ODbL). Listings are refreshed on a twice-monthly cycle. The guide sites render their answers from a single maintained answer library verified against BAR, DMV, and California Air Resources Board program sources.
